TekPro employs professional trainers and training assistance for the production of training materials, on-site and virtual training sessions, and post-training help guides for ongoing client support. We plan for and prepare course schedules and establish and manage budgets related to training activities.
Our staff provides training, technical support, and technical writing support for Federal Government agencies. We design, develop, and implement training programs and manuals and act as the appropriate subject matter experts for resolution of training issues. We also provide follow-up to ensure that our customers are adequately educated on pertinent subjects.
In addition to providing training to our clients, our subject matter experts maintain knowledge of programs and remain current on our customers’ interests. Our team provides input on, and accurate data for, training documentation, manuals, presentation materials, and reports. We identify any customer issues, concerns, or new development requests and coordinate with customer project managers to convey this information to their employees. We also provide suggestions for ongoing education and additional training opportunities.
